GP referrals - Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans
To access medicare reabte for your psychology sessions your GP or psychiatrist can refer you to Hayley Benson, Understanding Minds Psychology through a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). The referral will be sent to Understanding Minds Psychology and we will then be in contact with you.

NDIS Client
To access services through an NDIS plan please feel to complete the contact form or phone and leave a message.
Understanding Minds Psychology currently accept self or plan-managed NDIS clients.
Private Health Insruance
You may be covered through your private health fund. Please check with your insurance provider or policy to see if your eligble. Please note that you are unable to claim both medicare and private health insurance on the same appointment.
Private Paying
We accept private paying clients. Please note that all accounts are to be paid at time of the appointment.
